  • Coaching is not telling people what to do; it is helping them clarify and be in ownership of their life. It is helping them evaluate what they are doing now in their life in the light of their goals, dreams, values and intentions. It gives them new choices and leads to change. Coaching helps a person go beyond the mental blocks of what they thought was possible.

    Coaching works as a partnership between coach and client, it helps to clarify goals, to make them challenging and motivating, then to achieve those goals with the energy that comes from their deepest values.

  • The client comes to therapy or counseling because they want relief from psychological and/or physical symptoms.

    They want to get away from pain or discomfort rather than move towards desired goals. Therapy and counseling often seek to understand the past and what went wrong in order to be better in the present. Coaching focuses on the present and future.

    Some of the best clients are those that have participated in therapy as we use those learnings to inform designs & actions to move forward.

  • I offer different program lengths & frequencies. The program that is right for you & your goals will be discussed during your FREE Connection Call.

    Regardless of program frequency & length, all coaching programs are delivered virtually via a secure platform.

    You will also have access to your coach in between sessions for on-going, in-real-time support.

    In between sessions you will be expected to work on your action items, field work, journal reflections. Coaching is just about what happens in the session but also the effort you put into your goals in between sessions.

  • This is a really fair question and one I want you to take seriously.

    Coaching is a vessel for this amazing, intimate, high-energy, high-action relationship between humans. It’s a space for vulnerability and your whole, gritty humanity. And often this relationship is over an extended period of time. So it’s REALLY important that you find a coach with a style, vibe, and energy that fits you.

    This is why every single person I work with has a Connection Call with me first. This is a no-pressure, chemistry check. I get to learn more about you – your goals, your challenges, your story. And you get to learn about me, ask your questions & gut check whether it feels right for you.

    If I am not the right fit for you, totally fair. I will cheer you on as you find the support you are looking for. However, if Bold Body Peace is the right for you, you’ll know.

  • The tuition for each program is different, based on duration of your coaching journey & frequency of our sessions. We will talk about what is best for you based on your goals & needs during the Connection Call.

    However, you can expect to invest between $3,500-$15,000 on 1-on-1 coaching and minimum of $5000 for team coaching.
